Welcome to Fusion Designs. By accessing our website, purchasing custom 3D printed products, or engaging our manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Intellectual Property & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

• 1.1 Independent Entity: Fusion Designs is an independent 3D printing and custom fabrication service provider. Fusion Designs is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any brand, entertainment franchise, media company, or game developer (including but not limited to Nintendo, Marvel, DC Comics, The Pokémon Company, Disney, or their respective subsidiaries and affiliates).
• 1.2 Fan-Inspired Works: All custom character models, figures, and fan art items offered by Fusion Designs are strictly unofficial, fan-inspired artistic representations and physical 3D prints created for personal display, hobbyists, and collectors. All character names, logos, registered trademarks, and copyrights belong solely to their respective rights holders.
• 1.3 Third-Party Model Licensing: Fusion Designs respects intellectual property rights. All 3D models produced from third-party artists/designers are printed in full compliance with active commercial merchant tier licenses held by Fusion Designs via authorized platforms (e.g., Patreon, Thangs, Tribes).

2. 3D Printing Manufacturing & Surface Finish

• 2.1 Manufacturing Nature: Products manufactured by Fusion Designs are produced utilizing additive manufacturing (3D printing) technologies, primarily including Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and Stereolithography (SLA/Resin).
• 2.2 Surface Characteristics: Due to the layer-by-layer nature of 3D printing, finished items will display standard characteristics of the manufacturing process. These include visible layer lines, minor seam placements, slight surface textures, or small support remnant marks. These are standard characteristics of 3D printed items and do not constitute defects.
• 2.3 Dimensional & Color Tolerances: While we maintain precise machine calibration, minor color variations between filament/resin batches and standard dimensional tolerances (typically ±0.2mm) may occur.

3. Product Care, Material Usage & Thermal Warnings

• 3.1 Heat & Environmental Sensitivity: Standard 3D printing thermoplastics (such as PLA) have low thermal deformation thresholds. Exposure to temperatures exceeding 50°C (122°F), direct enclosed sunlight, or storage inside hot vehicles will cause warping or permanent structural damage. Fusion Designs is not liable for damage resulting from improper handling, high-temperature exposure, or outdoor weathering.
• 3.2 Post-Processing & Alterations: Fusion Designs is not responsible for damage incurred during user-performed post-processing, including sanding, priming, painting, gluing, or mechanical modifications.

4. Product Safety & Choking Hazard Disclaimer

• 4.1 Decorative Display Only: Unless explicitly designated otherwise, all products created by Fusion Designs are intended strictly for decorative display, organizational use, or adult collectors.
• 4.2 Choking Hazard Warning: 3D printed items and miniatures may contain small parts, thin delicate elements, or sharp points. Items are NOT TOYS and are not intended for use by infants or small children. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
• 4.3 Non-Food Safe Notice: FDM printed items contain microscopic surface ridges that can harbor bacteria and are not certified food-safe unless explicitly specified.

5. Custom Orders, Returns & Transit Damage

• 5.1 Made-to-Order & Custom Prints: Because items are individually printed upon order placement, sales on customized or made-to-order physical prints are final once production has commenced.
• 5.2 Transit Damage: If an item arrives damaged during transit, customers must notify Fusion Designs within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation of the damaged item and original packaging to qualify for a replacement print.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fusion Designs, its owners, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or misuse of any product or service offered.
